TERMS OF SERVICE (ToS)

1. NATURE OF SERVICE AND AI (DISCLAIMER)

RSAGENTIC LLC provides assistance tools based on Artificial Intelligence.

• The Real Estate Agency is solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all responses generated by agents before sending them to clients or signing documents.
• RSAGENTIC LLC is not responsible for economic losses, errors in property prices, or contractual commitments erroneously acquired by the AI on behalf of the agency.

2. PROHIBITION OF DISCRIMINATION (FAIR HOUSING)

It is strictly prohibited to use our AI Agents to establish filters, biases, or responses that discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin.

The Client agrees to comply with the "Fair Housing Act" (USA) and housing and non-discrimination laws of their local jurisdiction (Spain/EU). RSAGENTIC LLC reserves the right to immediately suspend any account that violates these principles.

3. CONTENT OWNERSHIP (INPUT/OUTPUT)

• You (the Client) retain ownership of the data and texts you input into the system (Inputs).
• RSAGENTIC LLC assigns to you commercial rights over the texts generated by the AI (Outputs) for use in your real estate activity.
• However, RSAGENTIC LLC reserves the right to use anonymized and aggregated data to retrain and improve its AI models.

4. FAIR USAGE POLICY

To ensure service stability, we reserve the right to limit the volume of messages or API interactions if an account significantly exceeds average usage (e.g., massive spam bots). Excess usage may result in additional charges or temporary suspension.

5. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, with parties waiving class actions (Class Action Waiver).
